1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a stay with Safiri Kenya Homes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all guests and visitors entering our properties in Nairobi and Mombasa.

2. Occupancy & Guest Conduct

  • Authorized Guests: Only the number of guests specified in the booking reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

  • Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors in premium residential areas (Kileleshwa and Nyali), quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Prohibited Activities: Strictly no parties, loud events, or illegal activities are permitted on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

3. Property Care & Damages

  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for certain units. This will be returned within 48 hours of checkout, provided no damages have occurred.

  • Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment caused by negligence. Please report any breakages immediately to our team.

  • Smoking Policy: All Safiri Kenya Homes are 100% Non-Smoking. A professional cleaning fee of $100 (or equivalent KES) will be charged for violations.

4. Security & Safety

  • Access: Guests must not share smart-lock codes or physical keys with unauthorized individuals.

  • Personal Belongings: While we provide 24/7 security, Safiri Kenya Homes is not liable for the loss or theft of personal items. Please use the provided storage and ensure doors are locked when leaving.

5. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM (unless early check-in is pre-arranged).

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee to cover the impact on our professional cleaning schedule.

6. Right of Entry

Safiri Kenya Homes reserves the right to enter the premises for essential maintenance or in case of an emergency. We will always attempt to notify the guest in advance whenever possible.
