Cancellation Policy

At Safiri Kenya Homes, we understand that travel plans can change. To ensure we provide the highest level of service and availability to all our guests, we adhere to the following policy:

1. Standard Cancellation

  • Full Refund: Guests are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking total if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the local check-in time (2:00 PM).

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.

  • No-Show: In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the full amount of the reservation will be non-refundable.

2. Extended Stays (7+ Nights)

  • For long-term executive stays, we require a 7-day notice for a full refund of the remaining balance. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a fee equivalent to 3 nights of the stay.

3. Changes to Reservations

  • Date Adjustments: We are happy to accommodate date changes at no extra cost, subject to availability, provided the request is made 24 hours before check-in.

  • Early Departures: Should you need to check out earlier than planned, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Refunds for remaining nights will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method (M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card).
